e-RFP Creation/VAT Interaction and Service Provider Training
Our ability to quickly draft an e-RFP that is custom tailored to your specific needs is what sets us apart from the competition. We can also present market dynamics to key stakeholders in your organization in order to gain clinical consensus, which will strengthen your position during the live-bid process.
Live Bid on MedPricer Platform
Over the course of 90-120 minutes, the work of the previous two steps becomes apparent. During the live event you are in control of the bidding process, and you drive additional savings through price reductions, improved terms and conditions, enhanced warranties, etc. MedPricer staff is on-site supporting the event and assisting you in your negotiations. Real-time analysis is performed as the bidders make improvements to their offers. To ensure that invited bidders can respond to your suggestions and concerns, the MedPricer staff at our corporate office is available to answer any questions bidders have about the platform.
Post e-RFP Analysis and Decision Support
Within 48 hours of the live event, MedPricer provides a complete summary of all revisions that took place during the bidding process. Additionally, you have access to supporting documentation of all the revisions and the communications exchanged between you and the bidders.
Implementation, Conversion and Legal Support
MedPricer offers additional support to ensure that the agreements negotiated on our platform are implemented. This may entail special resources to assist with the implementation, or legal support to draft your contract with the supplier.
Contract and Supplier Management
Most agreements negotiated on the
MedPricer platform have a term of two years or more. MedPricer monitors the pricing throughout the term of the contacts that are negotiated on our platform. We also offer a contract management system that serves as a repository for key clauses of contracts negotiated on our platform.
